Meanwhile I would like to see a change in the behaviour of our civil service. The service should become more responsible by being more accountable for their deeds or more often for their non action. It would appear conformance is a critical requirement and if we don't meet it, it would be another let down by Mauritian Burocracy (MB). I'm sad to hear of this episode with MB. I can only imagine how it was like at that moment, getting denied the earned fruit due to the lack of organization of the MB. I think you've told me this story before, but not completely... No wonder you were quite knowledgeable about physics and maths :-) ! Nonetheless, at each crisis, there's an opportunity to improve. Let's hope the government will take the necessary measures and actually take steps to improve their members' organization (maybe performance reviews... but i'm dreaming) to make our country what they promise it will be.
