The problem is not cars. Rather, in my opinion the problem is the amount and nature of resources used to 1) produce the cars 2) maintain and operate the car.

Not mentioning the output of those cars.

However, we are moving forward in a positive direction with hybrid-electric cars and eventually fully electric ones. As well, manufacturers are getting quite the slack nowadays for leaving a negative ecological footprint.

The automobile is here to stay, no question.

Hmm.

However, cars destroy nature and beauty and possibly creation, eventually.

Would Jesus live today and see what cars are doing to the world, would he be a car driver?

(By the way, I do not own a car. It's entirely possible in a world that has not been designed around the car.)

Cheers,

 Davidyson

The car Jesus drives is called Peace and Love for all. If loving cars do not get me off the track of walking in the steps of Jesus, then I can well be a car lover and a Christian. Jesus in his days was a great lover of nature and beauty. In fact, contemplation of beauty of any sort leads me nearer to GOD, the provider of all.

What car would Jesus drive?

How can you be a car lover and at the same time be a Christian?

Just a thought,

From a friend in Berlin Germany
I sneaked into your blog and was surprised to see you into CARS! Hihi.
I love old cars particularly the Peugeot 504 cabriolet designed by Pininfarina.http://www.pininfarina.com/
But today we have such a hard discussion about the climate that I think
we should rethink about mobility and become "socially" more mobil then "individually".
Utopia...why mankind does not really evolute in terms of higher intelligence...

She is too shy to write on the blog!
