		<description>I agree that measurement is essential in progress. There needs to be an evaluation method and metrics to gauge progress.

I remember learning this from a psychology class: There is something in common with ideal learning habits and successful people: self-monitoring.

Self-monitoring is the act of regularly reflecting upon one's progress or performance and adjust accordingly.</description>
